Is there anything in today's society that is still seen as "taboo" or have we become immune to the things which would, in the past, have been deemed shocking and inappropriate? Has TV made us more open minded?

I'm in the midst of planning my wedding. I have a theme of Red, pale blue, silver and dragonflies! I have heard of a butterfly release (where they release 100's of butterflies at a certain point in the wedding), but I was wondering if there was such thing as a dragonfly release. Because I'm obviously a fan of dragonflies over butterflies. Anybody know of a company that does it?

He is now a convicted Felon-The jurors determined he was guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT-by all accounts the jurors felt all the top members of the Bush adm. were involved-but they realized they weren't charged with anything-sometimes convictions themselves are not important-I beleive the majority of Americans believe there is more to the story than just Libby-it will just be a matter of time before the whole story breaks-and it will be neo-con hell.

The road by my house was in bad condition. Every day, I dodged potholes on the way to work, so I was relieved to see a construction crew working on the road one morning.

Later, on my way home, I noticed the men were gone and no improvement in the road. Where the crew had been working stood a new, bright-yellow sign with the words, "Rough Road."

I have a very good friend of mine who is a attorney in the State of WV. He has been convicted of 2nd degree manslaugter charges from a unfortunate incident while driving. My question is, can he still practice law, or does he lose his licence as well? He still remains one of my most trusted friends both as a person, and a business associate, and is a specialized attorney in real estate and corporate law. I still retain him as our attorney. While incarcerated, can he write legal briefs for us, and are they binding? Any information would be helpful to me. Thanks.

My son is 14 and driving me crazy about his clothes and shoes that he wears. We are on such a limited budget, so we can't always get the trendy clothes he wants. He likes to wear South Pole clothes and certain logo Tshirts, and I got really lucky getting 6 pairs for $25 on clearance, but I don't think I will get lucky this time. And all he wears is skater shoes, but $40-$45 is my budget limit(we spent 3+ hrs. and two malls to find one pair of shoes that he liked in the budget). Why must he be so difficult and not understand our financial situation? I don't want him to get made fun of, but I think clothing is a form of self expression and it seems that today's fashion is anything goes. Does anyone know of outlets or thrift shops(NJ area) or mail order that could help me when the new school season(first year of high school) starts? He is in men's sizes now, so I know it will cost a bit more, but every penny saved counts.

I'm an undergraduate student, majoring in Business & Finance. Basically, I'm required to bring a laptop during most of my classes (which is a norm nowadays). I'm now window-shopping for a laptop. But which laptop is suitable for a university student like me? What is a good brand to look at?

Some people think "Are You Dead Yet" is Children of Bodom's best album and the older stuff isn't as great.

Other people think the older albums are better musically and the AYDY is just mainstreem numetal.

What do you think?

thinks that it's because she is good, and that man's woman is bad. And the other woman thinks that it will never happen to her.
And the woman they cheated on thinks that they will be very happy and that he cheated only because she is bad. Though, of course, she will say aloud politically correct things: that he will cheat again, they won't live good and so on.
