We took her to the low cost spay clinic almost 2 days ago and she still isnt eating, drinking (i am using a syringe to make sure she has atleast something) or moving much. i will be calling back if she doesnt show improvement by noon.

A young woman teacher with obvious conservativel tendencies explains to her class of small children that she is a Christian. She asks her class if they are Christians too. Not really knowing what Chritianity is but wanting to be like their teacher, their hands explode into the air like fleshy fireworks.

There is, however, one exception. A beautiful girl named Lucy has not gone along with the crowd. The teacher asks her why she has decided to be different. "Because I'm not a Christian." "Then," asks the teacher, "what are you?" "I'm an atheist."

The teacher is a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asks Lucy why she was an athesit. "Well, I was brought up knowing and loving reason and free thought. My mom is an atheist, and my dad is an atheist, I choose atheism too."

The teacher is now angry. "That's no reason," she says loudly. "What if your mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron. What would you be then?" "Then," says Lucy, "I'd still choose atheism!

He retired at the young age of 60 without a plan for his time and is now drinking very heavily and calling at *all* hours every day for 3 months now. I am pregnant and have a 4-year-old, I need my rest! I have family member in the hospital and elderly parents so shutting the phone off is not an option. Being compassionate towards him has not worked, it made things worse, and husband refuses to change phone number. I am angry and I know that will get us nowhere ...any suggestions out there?

I was in the pub last night watching the Liverpool match. The pub was reasonably full of football supporters of all different clubs from all different divisions. They all cheered for Liverpool though on this occasion as did I.
There was one group in the pub who were cheering for Barcelona and YES, as it turned out that they were ALL Manchester United fans
Everyone else in the pub got behind the premier team even if they supported another team not playing
What is wrong with you lot?
Why are you the only group of fans that I have come accross that behave this way to other teams?
Should you not look at yourselves and think "I shouldn't be doing this, it is unsporting and shameful"
How can you be suprised that other football fans have grown to dislike you so much with this kind of attitude?

ok my first daughter(she is now 7) i could put in her bouncy seat/swing and get things done during the day.. we just had our second baby (she is 3 weeks old) and i'm getting really worn out and frustrated- because she constantly wants to be held. It seems like I can't get ANYTHING done- because she always wants to be held. She hates the portable swing-- she hates the bouncy seat-- she hates the papasan...

she's eating well.. getting burped.. plenty warm..

i cant even step outside for 5 minutes tohave a smoke.. or take a shower.. or make a decent lunch-- i need some advice.. because by the time oldest gets home from school & dhhome from work- im completely at the end of my rope..

will it get better? am i doing something wrong? could i be doing something better?

Its swollen and red.It also hurts to touch around my ear and its hard for me to sleep cause it also still hurts.Well i didnt get a stud i got a half circle earing and it was a little thick too but i didnt think it would take this long.The guy that pierced it said it would take about a week for the swollenes to go down but im still not convinced.Can some one help me out
