I have been reading up on "the secret" lately and am very interested in this philosophy and I am looking to read about similar theories, anyone read anything inspiring?

"Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl puts things in perspective. Also "Oh the Places You'll Go" by Dr Seuss - I give that one as a gift a lot, it's one of my favourites. Wayne Dyer is probably one author you'll like if you've watched "The Secret". As the first answerer (I know, I made that word up) said, it's been around for 50 years.

Dwayne Dyer is good. By the way, it's not a secret. These gurus have been writing and talking about this stuff for 50 years.
