When I read about children who are scalded to death, or beaten to death by Mom's boyfriend, or when they are thrown out like garbage, or when they are starved to death or left on the side of the road, or prostituted by a family member, or sold into slavery, or thrown out of a window, or left alone for days while the "caregiver' is at a crack party, or are passed around to friends for sexual activity, I DO NOT BECOME IMMUNE. I become ENRAGED at what is happening .
