Do you think Children of Bodom's new album is better or worse than their older stuff?

Some people think "Are You Dead Yet" is Children of Bodom's best album and the older stuff isn't as great.

Other people think the older albums are better musically and the AYDY is just mainstreem numetal.

What do you think?

good question.
many say AYDY has some industrial music influences on it..
maybe that statement placed COB on the mainstream map..
but some songs such as "AYDY" and "living dead beat" have some pretty good riffs and licks..
but on previous stuffs like FTReaper and Hatebreeder, the songs are technicaly proficient than AYDY.. the solos were complex, uber fast double bass drumming were heard throughout the album..

i'd say AYDY is on par with their previous stuffs..
