IM 20 YEARS OLD.. I SLEPT FROM 1: AM TO 9 AM. I WOKE UP , I WENT OUTSIDE AFTER TWO HOURS I FEEL LIKE I WANNA SLEEP AGAIN ? WHYS THAT HAPPENING?
IM ONLY 20 YEARS OLD BTW
IF MY BODY NEEDS MORE THAN 8 HOURS SLEEPING WHY DID IT WAKE UP ? LOL RIGHT?

Some days i get that im 22 and somedays i just cant operate and loose motivation for life in general. Sometimes i feel a bit more energized once ive had a quick dip at the beach or a refreshing walk (as long as its not too hot) maybe even a cold shower helps sometimes. Don't worry too much go to docs for sugar and general blood test if ya that concerned,

Sounds like you do not get into REM state.Maybe you should have a sleep study done.They can then prescribe medication that will aide you into REM state.Some people start to go into REM state then wake up,you may not even know you have awakened,that is why you feel so tired.

maybe you dont get to sleep well.
maybe uncomfortable bed?
sleep 1 hour early. and that will help your body get the energy it needs. even if you sleep much, if you go to bed late, its unhealthy and it can make you feel like that.
if waking up means your body gets enough sleep, then why some people wake up to drink water in the middle of the night :)
