So far I got

1 cup of oats
1.5-2 cups of milk
3 tbls of flax seeds
1.5 scoops of whey

what else should I put in?

P.S i hate bananas

i have to wean my 9 month old from breastfeeding and on to formula sometime soon and all these people just jump to conclusions like i am doing it just because i want to.
i am starting medication soon for my own health and hence cant breastfeed i already feel guilty enough without people rubbing it in.
i hate giving my baby formula i think its like poison or something when i give it to her i feel soooo guilty why am i so attached to breastfeeding i mean i dont love doing it its just i dunno and why should i care about what others think?????
what do you all think about it anybody with any experience thanks for listening.

hi resently i bought a 90 t-bird but the wires were cut on the radio harness the wires are confussing to figure out friend of mine and i did an om reading on the wires not 100 percent sure but we founf the hot wire the gound and the swtich off back up wire still both decks i have are not working normal but yet if i hoook up to a battery they work fine, allthough the only thing that tunrs on is the display button what is this problem i dont know but would some one please help that may have had this problem before

My husband withheld our 2005 tax returns and had his girlfriend endorse my name on the back of the checks. After a year of drawn out drama, I'm finally getting along with him and have just now found this out now that we are getting along and are discussing a possible reconciliation. I am livid and aside from the trust issues and character doubts that have resurfaced, I'm wondering if I should turn him in. What would happen to he and his girlfriend? Fraud and forgery? It's not about the money. This was not about our personal stuff, this was outright dishonesty and stealing from me. If he doesn't have to pay for all the misery he's caused, should he at least have to pay for breaking the law? What could potentially legally happen to he and the girl if I decide to pursue this? Is it worth it?

Have you ever felt the urge to pray for someone and then just put it on a list and said, "I'll pray for them later?"

Or has anyone ever called you and said, "I need you to pray for me, I have this need?"

A missionary on furlough told this true story while visiting his home church in Michigan .

"While serving at a small field hospital in Africa , every two weeks I traveled by bicycle through the jungle to a nearby city for supplies. This was a journey of two days and required camping overnight at the halfway point.

On one of these journeys, I arrived in the city where I planned to collect money from a bank, purchase medicine, and supplies, and then begin my two-day journey back to the field hospital.

Upon arrival in the city, I observed two men fighting, one of whom had been seriously injured. I treated him for his injuries and at the same time talked to him about the Lord.

I then traveled two days, camping overnight, and arrived home without incident.

There's the Mormons, the Jehovah's Wittnesses, the Unitarians, The Baptists, the Pentecostals, the Muslims, etc, etc..

I don't even know where to begin!

I read the Bible last year and the Koran this year, I read the Pearl of Great Price, too and the Doctrines and Covenants and a bunch of Watchtower literature, some unitarians havebeen talking to me, as have some One-ness Pentecostal Christians. I even talked with a Catholic priest. They all say that I need to pick their way, or I could be very sorry!

I'm so confused! I prayed, and God hasn't told me anything - I fasted... and nothing!

I think all these books have some cool stuff, but all of them have some pretty unbelievable things in them too!

I'm tired of praying and reading... I'm thinking of studying atheism for awhile.
