Well i can tell you that my husband and i have been using this method since our son was born in 2001 and i have not gotten pregnant by us using the withdrawl method. I believe my husband is a master at pulling out in time.
However the very first time we did have sex without using the withdrawel method i did get pregnant in 2005 while i was on my period. I miscarried though at 5 weeks. Since then we still use the withdrawal method and i have not became pregnant.

But when i did get pregnant in 2005 it was by our own doing cause he didn't pull out which i really believed the myth that you couldn't get pregnant while on your period.

The withdrawal method is like 85% effective i believe which i think it is higher because i haven't gotten pregnant.
Good luck

Withdrawal is an OK method to use if you don't mind getting an abortion.

Y'know, I always see everyone hating on withdrawal, but the truth is a lot of people do use it. It's responsible to tell teens don't do it, because for a teen getting pregnant is a major disaster, no joke you can really eff up your life that way. But my ex-gf and I used it for years, and she never got knocked up, and I could probably name half a dozen friends off the top of my head who would say the same thing, or who have gotten pregnant once doing it. The thing is, if you're young enough to be asking this question, you're too young to take a chance like that. The reason you can still get pregnant if you practice withdrawal is that pre-ejaculatory fluid (or "precum", in the vernacular) does contain sperm, and it only takes one of those guys to make a baby.

So yeah, absolutely do not rely on withdrawal to prevent pregnancy. But to be factual, it works a lot better than everyone acts like it does. Basically, you can't afford to take that gamble unless you can afford to live with the consequences if you lose. In fact, no birth control method is a100% effective, You can get pregnant even if you're on the pill, it's just a much lower probability. If you want to play it safe, use the pill AND condoms. If you use both methods correctly, you've got a better chance of being in a car crash than getting pregnant.

of course you can still get pregnant especially when the guy is not used to using the withdrawal method. they find it quite difficult and takes alot of concentration to pull out in time. However in my experience my fiance and i always used the withdrawal method and i never got pregnant. one day we decided to not withdraw so i would get pregnant. and i did first go.

Withdrawal is not an effective means of not getting pregnant. You can still get pregnant if the sperm is close enough to the vagina to fertilize the egg. The only sure way of not getting pregnant is to not have sex.

I genuinely have! Years in the past, genuinely, I have been given pregnant using the withdrawal (a.ok.a. the wishful thinking) technique of birth control. formerly ejaculation there's a cleansing fluid which flushes out the penis from the Cowper Gland. If there are any sperm in the urethra (the tube which transfers seminal fluid and urine in the direction of the penis) from formerly ejaculation, this fluid will push that sperm into the vagina. considering the fact that sperm lives for 2 days or extra, any difficulty is achievable.

Lousy way to have sex and great way to get pregnant. Withdrawal doesn't work.

No it is not effective! My three-year-old niece is here because of withdrawal!

It is not that much effective. As it is a natural mean of preventing pregnancy ,it is not always successful because every thing happens suddenly and also some semen are ejected during the process and it can cause pregnancy.

It is not effective. Most people get pregnant w/ withdrawl.

Yes sweetie, you can still get pregnant. The only, ONLY way to assure you won't get pregnant is to not have sex. If you insist on doing it, use a condom!

If you want specifics, shoot me a message. :) Not exactly stuff I want to post to the public haha.
