In my personal experience and knowledge, constant flirting can be something or nothing at all. I know where some girls have flirted with me but have told me that there was nothing behind it and that they flirted because they could. I've had girls flirt with me because they really liked me. It really is hard to tell unless you give more details. But as you put it as constantly, then the issue comes around to being what is constantly and if this constantly is in a certain environment where she feels weaker or inferior and must make up for it by making her self feel attractive and wanted, by flirting. Who know?! Add more details for a much clearer answer!

You've got something she wants. I don't know if you are married or already have a girlfriend, but if that's the case, she could be testing out her seducing powers to measure how hot she is. If you bite, she wins. The more you weaken, the more she'll flirt, until she gets what she wants. She may just want you to care for her, ruin your current life and choose her as your lady, then she'll go on to her next victim to tease and abuse as you try to beg for her to come back. Don't let the game get that far. Just understand the game she is playing and proceed with caution.

depends where this girl is. most of the time.
if she is in the school you go to, or is in a restaurant, chances are, she is genuinely interested, & likes you.
go with your instincts, & your heart! How is she Dressed?
I believe in being direct. Polite, but direct. Is she dressed
for your 'Respect". OR, is she dressed to get dis-respect.
This depends on Your personal tast in Women !
If she is more unclothed, than Clothed she may not
Value your Respect of her, & may be just a 'Tease'.

Just flirting or showing a real interest in you? Flirting with every guy, or only you? Real interest would be trying to do things you like or talk about your interests with you.
If she's just flirting for no particular reason, she might just like that bit of power she has over guys. Or she may not know how to relate to guys normally. Or she's looking for attention.
Try to have a normal conversation with her and see if she settles down. A girlfriend who can't have a normal conversation is really, really boring.

generally it means she likes you. But if se openly flirts with other men in front of you then she's a tease. Very easy to tell the difference.

It can either mean she likes you and she's bold enough to show you or she's just being a tease and testing her power over you.
Nothing is cut and dry in this modern world nowadays. If you are interested, ask her directly if she likes you. Proceed from there.

I dare say she really likes you. Perhaps you are not giving her any indication as to your feelings. If you like her, give it a go, if you dont just tell her that you feel uncomfortable with those types of conversation. I know how she is feeling because I do the same thing to a guy at work - He is constantly trying to hook me up with one of his mates but he doesnt quite understand I like him - maybe I should take my own advice and just plain ask him out... Good luck - remember rejection isnt as bad as it may seem - if you like her - go for it - I guarantee this is wot she wants.

I would say it means nothing. Could be she is just being friendly in her eyes, you just see it differently. Its all a matter of perspective, you could be hoping she is flirting with you and see it that way, just keep that in mind. I would say just make your move and you will then know the answer, what else can you do?

i used to think they had a thing for sumone when they would do that...now i kno they are just a tease..if they liked you they would come out and tell you.....women are very str8 forward about things like that
