Well, it's all based on a points system. Their are several factors which the Canadians take into consideration. First, you should learn to speak fluent English (or French). Second try to improve your education as much as possible as you get more points for having a degree of some sort. Also, if you have a criminal record, it will be extremely hard for you. There are other qualifications too, I forget most of the rest.

The best is to swim over there if you dare, but the chances would be slim! Maybe you could enroll to the higher institution and start learning the culture here, then only decide whether you are suitable and be allowed to stay put here..........but without guarantee you would last here forever!
