i think for many people they are searching for meaning and answers and find it themselves with religeon ... the only ones "proliferating" anything are atheists' and humanists ... they enjoy the benefit of having their theories taught in schools as fact ....

They spread like a virus through a computer, they attempt to discredit all other beliefs or opinions by any underhanded means possible, they will offer aid under the condition that those accepting help will be subjected to proselytizing propaganda...if that doesn't work they invoke blasphemy laws to gag dissenters and beyond that violence is and has often been resorted to... even torture and killing.
Remember both Christianity and Islam are both branches of the Abrahamic religion or parasitic religious mind-virus, they spring from the same part of the world and are spread in the same way, slowly, methodically and relentlessly, wiping out native cultures and religions as they move out and metastasize like cancers.

I'm a muslim, and how we proliferate our religion is simply by setting examples. We live our lives in accordance to Islam the best we can, and if others would like to know more about us, we'll teach them about Islam. If they are interested, then that's it.
That's how Islam proliferate, the proper way that is.

christians try to spend money and convert people who they consider heathens. the muslims just intermarry and proliferate! they also spend money like the christians in a small sacle. both pimp for their beliefs.
