When my five month old is standing with support and has been for ages it has always been on tippy toe and never flat foot has anyones child done this, do they righten themselves later also are their muscles and strings okay from always doing this?

well children often do that but you must buy shoes which are specialized for children and which keep a whole leg on the ground, a kiss for a little one

this is a very common thing, i wouldn't call it a problem. it goes with the age, my suggestion would be to buy a good pair of flat soft shoes this will help correcting it faster also keep massaging Ur babies foot.

all baby's do this even when they begin to walk it will take them a while to learn to use their whole foot. evenstill at somepoint you should address with your doctor if continues well into his walking like 1.5 years old
