Take a look in the mirror, what do you see? Ask a friend not a bitchy one. Most people think they are over weight when really its just pier pressure. When you feel hungry between meals, drink some water,it will make you feel less hungry, remember their are no calories in water its just good for you.Stop thinking about it.Their are far more important things in life. You have already taken control of the problem, stick at what you are doing and every thing will be fine.

I have been eating top ramon noddle's for dinner since Jan and have found it works quite well(Cheap also). I do eat fruit for breakfast because thats the most imoprtant meal of the day. Now if you able to throw in just a little exercise you will lose more weight. I know you probably have a hectic schedule like mine so what I did is I went to Wal-Mart and bought 2 Pilates DVD's $9.99 each. 25 minutes a day and you lose weight and tone up also. Diet and Pilates has helped considerably, though everyones metabalism is different so what works for one person might not work for another. Hope this helps you!!!

Breakfast should be the largest meal of the day and you can do that sensibly by eating oatmeal or cold cereal with skim milk and fruit added.
As far as the rest of your diet, you could do like I do.
Eat only small amounts of soup on a large pile of steamed rice, steamed veggies are good that way too.
I lost 35 pounds in 6 months that way and now I have been eating 2 eggs with dry toast and 2 slices of bacon or a small slice of ham for breakfast without gaining any weight back for 7 months now.
I also cheat only a little bit, but don't go overboard.

Why do you want to lose weight, you are a perfect weight for your height.

You shouldn't be skipping meals this will lead to your body storing fat in the long run. Always try and eat breakfast, it may make you feel more hungry at lunch to begin with but not in the long run.

It sounds like this is taking over your life a bit, try and be happy for who you are. Eat healthy balanced meals and take regular exercise and you will be fine.

Why not take the advice of a personal weightloss coach. They can tell you how many calories you need, how much protein etc. I had a free consultation from a1diet.net. My coach explained why breakfast was so important, what to have and how to overcome feeling hungry and still lose weight whilst eating a normal evening meal!! I used one of their diets and I lost a stone and a half in just 6 weeks. Try the link below.

Losing weight requires two things. Less calories and more exercise. Since you appear to have the calories down, do take at least 10 to 15 minutes a day to do aerobics and or fast walking. Good luck.

simple, your not eating enough and surely you cant be very healthy eating so little,if you watched that prog last night about size 0 then this should give you a clue!if you really do need to lose weight then a balanced diet is required, wot about a slimming class i.e slimming world, weight watchers, and any way 7lbs is good the slower you lose weight the easier it is to keep off,but trust me by the sound of it you are not eating right and its just not good!!good luck.by the sound of your details you dont need to be losing any weight just eat drink and be merry!!

You need to start exercising!

Nothing drastic though - use you fat burning heart rate zone and you'll get much more out of it. To find this fat burning zone deduct your age from 220 and work at a heart rate of 65-75% of this.

i.e. a 20 year old will have a max heart rate of 200 so should work at a rate of 130-150bpm - this is typically a brisk walk rather than a run - and this way your body will be burning most of the calories from fat rather than anywhere else. Any higher than this and you will be using energy from other short term stores rather than body fat and won't actually lose body fat (although you will get much fitter)

Hope this helps
