for personal reasons, a friend of mine who was raped by her boyfriend wants to drop charges against him. she doesn't want to get back with him but due to other issues, she wishes to drop charges.
will the state continue the charges against him and if so, can she prevent that?
also, she has children, could she lose custody of them.....the father of her girls is not the rapist....
this all happened in DE

I need advice. I was dating a guy for about a month. We really connected and it seemed like we were ready to have sex. Then we did, it was a disaster. I don't have a lot of sexual experience, while he had a lot. He says we're not sexually compatible and that we should break up. I am devastated. My friend and I are trying to plan to go to Wembley Stadium on the 16/06/07 to see Muse. I've never been to a concert before, so I'm a bit confused. I have a few questions:

1) Would it be best to get seated tickets or standing tickets? I don't really wanna take a chance with the standing though as I don't fancy being pushed and squashed for however long.

2) I live in Birmingham, so should I check websites for coach deals to London? So far, the main prices I've seen for that is around £70.

3) In June my friend and I will be 15; yet under 16's are supposed to be accompanied by an adult. If we couldn't find an adult to come with us, would there be a chance of bluffing our way through? Or do they ask for proof of age?

4) Do you recommend any ticket websites for good offers/deals? I'm checking eBay as well. :)

5) Finally, are there any last tips you have for planning a trip such as this one?

The seams of the laminate are beginning to raise slightly and I want to know if polyurathane can be applied to the entire laminate floor without causing future damage or wear problems. Could this cause a moisture problem under the laminate? Thanks for any GOOD advice from anyone with laminate floor experience.

I've been coloring my hair on my own for ever, but haven't done it in about 7 months. I want to color again, but don't have a specific color/shade in mind. My husband thinks it would be worth it to get it professionally done. But isn't it really expensive? Is it really worth it just to have someone else do the work? I can't imagine it's any less damaging then the stuff in the box. The only possible benefit I can see is having someone available to give me imput on deciding on a shade. Any thoughts?

I would like to send my brother (Navy) some cookies, but I want them to be fresh when he gets them (takes one to two weeks). I have a great recipe, but the cookies are hard after one day, even if they are covered, it's just the way the recipe is... has anyone had success with a recipe that is still delicious when they get them overseas? Please, tried-and-true ones only....
