Hello I am in a bit of a quandary about how to go about investing in my situation. I am eligible to participate in a 457 deferred comp plan at work through ICMA. Most of the expense ratios for the ICMA funds range from .48 to 1.25% I also was considering investing directly from my checking account into some of Vanguards funds. They actually have funds with zero expense ratios, no loads, or 12b-1 fees.

I do understand about the benefits of investing before taxes into a deferred comp 457 plan. What my question is at what expense ratio/fees do the tax deferred benefits of the 457 plan begin to lose their value to a lower expensed mutual fund like Vanguard (or any other I'm not pushing Vanguard here)? FYI I'm 32 years of age and am maxing out my Roth to invest on my own. I would be into the mutual fund to buy and hold for the long term.

Hey, I'm an honest customer. I not only bought an iPod, I legally bought tons of stuff on iTunes.

Still how can other people do the same:
1) When you upgrade iTunes, it does not remember the setttings from your previous install
2) If you accidentally delete something, iTunes does not remember you purchased it and allow you to get it back.
3) The iTunes auto update of songs is so buggy I had to change to manual. All of a sudden I had more "space" on my iPod. Several songs were copied multiple times.
4) Support by Apple for iTunes only slight better than Amazon which is by the way the worst support support on the interent.

Why is apple not bankrupt already?

I want to be recommended on the best shampoo for thinning hair, and colored hair. I want my hair to be thicker and longer. Is there any way to do so? If there are no shampoos what formula for hair can I make at home? Also, do you blow dry or towel dry shoulder length hair? Please tell me exactly, and answer my question.


Right now, I'm using Bumble and Bumble Thickening Shampoo.. I've seen results very fast but I want faster results. After I get out of the shower, I blow dry my hair until it's all dry. On some occasions, I straighten my hair after it's all dried. Is that healthy for your hair or not?

I don't really follow NCAA men's D-1 basketball that closely. But now, I'm in a fantasy game (Protrade) that deals with conference tournaments, an NIT tournament (never heard of that one) and the NCAA tournament. How does all of this work? Are all of these tournaments separate? Can someone please explain how all of this works, I'm really confused!

i have just started getting into fps online games,but the actual logging in ect puts me off some of the games
i have played only 2 up to now,battlefield2 and alien arena 2007(great game),but is there any other online games worth playing(free if possible)
