I want to be recommended on the best shampoo for thinning hair, and colored hair. I want my hair to be thicker and longer. Is there any way to do so? If there are no shampoos what formula for hair can I make at home? Also, do you blow dry or towel dry shoulder length hair? Please tell me exactly, and answer my question.

Right now, I'm using Bumble and Bumble Thickening Shampoo.. I've seen results very fast but I want faster results. After I get out of the shower, I blow dry my hair until it's all dry. On some occasions, I straighten my hair after it's all dried. Is that healthy for your hair or not?

A lot of this is simply genes.. but.. I'll try and help you.
About the shampoo, I dont know what the "best" one is, but use anything OTHER than Pantene.
Try not to wash your hair EVERY day.. see if you can go with washing it everyday. (On the day you wash it, wear it down. on the day you dont wash it, wear it up.)
Stop coloring your hair. It's damaging, and causes breakage.
Dont blowdry, or flat iron, or use a curling iron. If you must, make sure you use a protectant spray.
Instead of a blowdryer..as OFTEN as you can, let it air dry.
When you towel dry your hair, dont rub it, pat it.. it damages the hair, and causes tangles..
Brush with a wide tooth comb, NO BRUSHES, they rip, stretch, and break hair.
Take vitamins, hair grows from the inside out..
Ive heard wonderful things about fish oil pills... but havent used them.
Eat healthy :)

I have naturally thick hair, so I use Herbal Essensses shampoo which is a good brand. For your thick hair, I recommend Thicker Fuller Hair shampoo and conditioner. The new Dove Advanced Colour Care shampoo is good for dyed hair.
I have shoulder length hair too and I don't think that blow-drying hair is very healthy. I wash my hair in the evening and when I get out of the shower, I wrap a towel around my head. Then after a few minutes, I towel dry a little. Then I finger-comb it (don't comb your hair with a comb or brush while it's still wet because that causes split ends) and I go to sleep with a towel on my pillow and I get my hair out of the way so that I don't sleep on it.
Putting colour dye or straightening or curlng your hair is not healthy for your hair because it damages it. It also causes split ends, so I use a little bit of Herbal Essensses Dangerously Straight straightening spray.

Hey! I'll help you out. Firstly, before you take a shower, once a month, put mayonnaises on your hair for 20 minutes. Then, Wash it out with your shampoo. Then, I would suggest using Tressemme. It is a professionally shampoo, but it is quiet expensive. OR, you can try volumizing dove shampoos. When you are done shampooing, Squeeze the excess water out of your hair, and then condition. Do you condition? If not, you should...WITH THE SAME TYPE OF SHAMPOO, and then, tie your hair in a ponytail, and wash your body, while you wait for all of the nutrition to get to your hair. Then, rinse it in FREEZING water, but make sure not to let it touch your body, or you'll freeze. Aha. And then, squeeze the water out. I suggest hat you let it naturally dry, but try this. Take small sections of your hair, and squeeze the water out with a towel. This is much more healthier, then blow drying, and tumbling your hair with a towel. Then, use Infusion 23, and type you prefer for damaged hair. They work GREAT! Plus, you can use it on dry or wet hair. Also, when you want to straighten your hair, use a protection spray. I use VO5 magical mist. Then, when I starighten my hair, I put on Garnier Fructis, sleek and shine, shining serum. I hope this helps!

ooo! ooo! i no this 1!!!! well 4 during a shower her's what u do:
when u r about 2 use ur conditioner (after u use ur shampoo) dry ur hair (not all the way) but so u kan get most of the water out then put ur conditioner and w8 a couple minutes. (i suggest that u wash ur body while ur conditioner is still in ur hair) then wash the conditioner out.
for after the shower use a comb to smooth the rats and snarls out then u should dry ur hair with a towel and let the rest "air dry" blow drying can be really unhealty 4 ur hair if u do it alot.

I have coloured hair its shoulder length too, i condition my hair in the shower untill when all the shampoo it out, my hair is luvli and smooth. When i get out i brush it and leave it dry naturally and a few hours later i straighten it. If you want your hair to LOOK thicker, get it layered and feathered. My hair used to be fine and thin and now ive got it layered and feathered and its lovely. I get loadsa compliments from people. I heard that fish is good for thickening your hair buh i dno if its true soz.

take lots of vitamin E, it helps with nails and hair. try letting your hair air dry. only shampoo every other day (shampoo strips your head of oils that promote everyday growth). another thing that might help if egg yolks...i know it sounds gross, but evenly combing a few egg yolks into your hair once a week will help it be shinier and smoother and keep it moisturized. and also, try to get a trim every 2-3 weeks. your hair doesn't grow when you have split ends (which come from over-styling and over-drying). good luck
