Hey, I'm an honest customer. I not only bought an iPod, I legally bought tons of stuff on iTunes.
Still how can other people do the same:
1) When you upgrade iTunes, it does not remember the setttings from your previous install
2) If you accidentally delete something, iTunes does not remember you purchased it and allow you to get it back.
3) The iTunes auto update of songs is so buggy I had to change to manual. All of a sudden I had more "space" on my iPod. Several songs were copied multiple times.
4) Support by Apple for iTunes only slight better than Amazon which is by the way the worst support support on the interent.
Why is apple not bankrupt already?

Also, why they don't make it more simple to move your songs around since not every body has 30 GB of disk space on one drive.
In general, why they make this s/w so crap when they are market leader.
