It will be bought by a housing association who will install a single mother with six kids, all by different fathers. The kids will wreak havoc in the square and eventually bump off all the remaining characters. At that point the BBC will drop Eastenders and the whole viewing nation will recover from chronic depression and Great Britain will once again be great.

I think Ian will try and buy it wonder if Martin left pauline's ashes on the mantlepiece left to haunt the place?
Did you know the actress who played her refused to let anyone touch the set of her house and blew top if they did.
Blow it up I say or gut it and make it super modern.

I think it'd be cute if Kevin came back and moved in there with Denise, the girls and Dean. It might be a bit crowded, but surely better than living with Pat.
