Put a thin line of brown eyeliner on your top lashes and underneath the outsides of your bottom ones. Then using a flat brush, go over it with a brown eyeshadow for a smoky-eyed look that will make your blue eyes pop.

A dark blue eyeliner. In other words a navy blue color eyeliner. It will make you're blond hair stand out because the navy eyeliner around your eye will be darker than your blond hair. Also, your eyes are dark blue, so the navy eyeliner will really blend in, and make your eyes look very defined. 8$ and up, for the ones that are really rich in colour. Look for it at shopper's drugmart!

I have dirty blonde hair and light blue eyes. I wear black mascara and black eyeliner its really nice, as long as the eyeliner isnt too thick, dark and obvious.

Brown is the best, then your blue eyes stand out.
You can also use no eyeliner, but brown eye makeup.
Watch out: if you apply eyeliner under your eye you make your eye smaller.

I would try either one layer of black eyeliner (too much black eye liner may look kinda...gothy) or mabe a dark blue taht would also look nice. Or a chocolate color, yeah that would look good.Hope I could help, peace out and much love.

I use CoverGirl Plum Velvet. It looks so awesome and I get compliments all the time. It changes my eyes from blue to blue green. It gives you enough color without looking too dark and making your eyes squinty.

Brown is awesome Brown will look awesome..can you not tell i love brown.. no for real Brown goes well with Blonde.
