I have a B.A. and have taken and passed the CBEST (7 years ago). Is my test still valid? Do I need to take any other test(s)? How can I get an emergency teaching credential? I'm trying to install Panda Internet Security Suite 2007 on my BF's computer. (WIN 98...can you believe it?!) He used the "Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs" to remove AVG 7.1. Supposedly, this worked, but when he tried to install Panda, it still detected the AVG, and asked for it to be removed. I've gone into the folders on 'C' individually, found a few more AVG files, and have deleted them. When I do a search, using both "avg" and "grisoft" (the software company), nothing else is found on the hard drive....yet Panda still won't install, claiming that AVG is still in conflict. The AVG website offers no help. Panda either. HELP!!! Any suggestions?

I am an approved driving instructor and to enable me to qualify for this profession I had to spend a large sum of money on training & numerous tests. Once qualified I start my business on a self employed basis. I have been told (hearsay) that due to the fact that the training took place before I started the business I may not be able to claim it againt the accounts. Is this correct & if so is there anyway around this? If possible, can I claim 100% back or just a part of the capital? I personaly feel that as the training was wholly to enable me to start the business in the first place I should be able to claim all or at least a percentage of the money I paid out initially! Can anyone please shed any light on this subject or offer any advice? I would really appreciate any help with this dillema, thank you :-)

Ring was originally purchased for $2000. Assuming that was a fair price, could I expect a 25 or 50% "buy back" price. I understand a jeweler will then need a cushion for mark-up to resell.

Does anyone out there know of a way to repair one of those white wooden doors???? My daughter threw a baseball at one and since its hollow its left it smashed in and cracked. We live in an apartment and I don't want to loose my deposit !!!!! Anyone know a quick fix repair, short of buying a whole new door?????????

i have a very high metabolism. i had around 6% body fat last i checked. how do i keep mass on. i am constantly active too. 5'9 i think i weigh 145-155lb i started lifting got mega hypertrophy. What i do then i get hypertrophy i drink water so the muscles get more to absorb and I eat peanuts between sets and a peanut butter sandwich after a workout.

Isn't it about time the police started issueing fines to those idiots that, for some reason only known to themselves, refuse to indicate at junctions and crossroads?
Driving without due care and attention, dangerous driving, inconsiderate driving.....they can all be applied to those people.
It is dangerous and selfish to not indicate at juntions!
Also, if you crash into one of these idiots and get a witness to their indiscretion, lack of indication, their insurance company will drop them like a stone!
Be warned, if you do not indicate near me, I WILL pull you over!

Ok I need some advice. I have 6 angel fish. Currently I also have a dozen mollies and an assortment of tetra neons, highfin tetras a cory cat and a placo. I have a 55 gal tank that is housing Gold fish. I am wanting to get rid of the gold fish or move them in to other tanks. My question is can I put the Mollies, neons, corycat and a placo in the 55 gal tank with the 6 angel fish or will i start losing fish? Will there be enough room in the 55 gal tank for all of those fish? Any advice would be help full. If you have a website that has compadibility lists for angels please list it.
