Could someone please give me a link on how to begin a good weight lifting routine? I don't wanna be super huge, just ripped with a big chest and arms. Im 5'11 and weigh 195 lbs. I'm willing to stick to a good routine, but just don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for your help.

when guys see girls who arent dressed modestly they do tend to get stimulated. it does affect the people nearby. but today with girls emphasizing that they ought to be free to wear whatever they are comfortable in, i just want to know ..... is it simply ok for gurlz to wear revealing short dresses ...... or is it a problem with the eyes of the beholder ?? do put in your thoughts

I am getting my 1st ultrasound tomorrow at 7 weeks to confirm my baby's heartbeat. My boyfriend and I have decided to tell our parents about our expected little one after this ultrasound, so the news sharing will occur this weekend. I am so very nervous. I am 21 years old, my boyfriend is 22. This was an unexpected pregnany, but we are welcoming it with open arms. I am currently in school, while this pregnancy will set me back, it will only make me skip 1 semester of school. I come from an eastern european background, and I am nervous of telling my mother, but moreso my grandparents since they also played a crucial role in raising me. I am hoping with all my heart that their initial reaction will not be disappointment. I am nervous about telling my boyfriend's parents the news also, as he comes from a somewhat conservative family. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deliver our news and what to say if my grandmother will potentialy be pessimistic and negative in return?

During the first year of your marriage did you think sometimes “o my god did I make a mistake”. Does this pass with time? My wife seems to not find anything good with me right now after this first trying year of marriage (we’ve had to blend families as well). Is this normal? We are drilling boreholes in the Adriatic Sea, east to Ravenna in Croatian water. During drilling we had a H2S gas alarm but the detector is broken now. Our client on board claims there is never H2s detected in he Adriatic sea, around that area. how can we prove that before any victims fallen.
