Could someone please give me a link on how to begin a good weight lifting routine? I don't wanna be super huge, just ripped with a big chest and arms. Im 5'11 and weigh 195 lbs. I'm willing to stick to a good routine, but just don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yo, i would start by going to the gym a few days a week and working out different parts of your body nice and easily. Do cardio too. you are a good size to build muscle drop weight and look huge. So get your body used to the workouts first. So then say around Feb 15 you will start your day to day fitness plan. Just remember to get your body into everything so that when you start to bodybuild, you dont hurt yourself.

you should do chest and tris one day. bis and back another day. legs and shoulders another day. (when you start feb 15) do abs on the days you want to also.

star doing 3 sets of 6-9 reps of the same weight. do that for a few weeks. then do pyramids. go 1 set with 10,8,6 rep for each workout. and increase the weight from 10 to 8 and 8 to 6. you need to keep the muscles guessing. you will learn what is best for you as you go along.
