i have a very high metabolism. i had around 6% body fat last i checked. how do i keep mass on. i am constantly active too. 5'9 i think i weigh 145-155lb i started lifting got mega hypertrophy. What i do then i get hypertrophy i drink water so the muscles get more to absorb and I eat peanuts between sets and a peanut butter sandwich after a workout.

This is usually a young preson's problem. Some girls like skinny guys. I don't think you should worry about it too much as long as your'e healthy and eating a healthy diet. Are you spending too much time exercising?

You are a good weight. try to stick around 150. If you really want to, have a protein shake after you lift. good luck.
