Is it safe to take prenatal vitamins and take green tea vitamins at the same time?

I'm not pregnant or plan on being pregnant right now... I'm just taking the prenatal vitamins because I hear that it makes your hair and nails grow...

Prenatals are synthetic. Doctors don't practice nutrition.
