I heard that I should be constantly eating something every 2 1/2 hours since I am trying to bulk up..getting in as many calories as I can.

If I have a breakfast that consists of 60 carbs...will it be okay to eat a protein bar that has 43g of carbs just 2 1/2 hours later...or is that too many carbs?

I have some files that they don't have any uninstall parts.I'm scared that if i delete those files, they'll still live in the hard disk so it 'll take place in it. How do I stop myself waking up in the middle of the night and eating snacks? I can't not buy things because I live with my family who buy them and I sleep in a room very close to the kitchen which doesn't help. Happens every night.

In western countries there is a tradition when young girls are swallowing live goldfish whole and keep them alive in their stomaches for a while. They sometimes puke alive goldfish back and still are having them safe and harmlessly, and sometimes they don't puke them out and swallowed fish are kept in their stomachs alive for sometime and then they are dying. i think it should, if your in for murder . i also think if your sent down for ten years or two years tou should do the full sentence and not get out for good behaviour or parole . and i think prison is easy street now compared to what it should be ( no telly ,made to work inside , and no four course meals that we keep hearing about) . there is too many do gooders saying what about their rights as humans well as far as i'm concerned they give up their rights when they do the crime .

My uncle & I are very close friends. We are like night & day but have mutual respect for one anothers beliefs. I'm a Christian & he's an atheist. We went out last night & somehow someone that I was talking to brought up religion & I mentioned that my uncle was an atheist. Now this guy said he didn't belong to any religion which didn't make sense to me but he started to try & convince my uncle to believe. After about 5 minutes, I said listen there'd be no way in the world that he could try & make me not have faith in my God so please don't try & convince him that there is one, we're all entitled to our own opinions. Well the guy let it go but as he was walking out my uncle said have a good night & may your God bless you. I thought that was classy considering 10 minutes earlier they had disagreed & I can't say that I would have been too nice to an atheist if he kept on trying to make me lose faith. Would you have been that classy?
