I like this question. I like your picks in the east but I got a couple questions for you.
1. Do you think New Jersey will be able to maintain with all the drama that's about to come up with Kidd and his wife?
2. Did you consider Miami (Shaq's return) and Orlando?
3. When you picked Washington to go to the finals did you consider Road Records (Wizards: 6-13, Cleveland: 8-12)?
I like your top 3 but I would pick Dwayne Wade, Shaq and the Heat as the 4th team. But I would pick Detroit going to the Finals because they are the most complete and consistent team. However, my heart would like to see either Cleveland or Washington as I am a bit James and Arenas fan.
For the West also, I like your picks however I have to disagree with your 4th choice. I would definitely have the Lakers there in place of Utah. I think the Lakers have proven they are at worst the 4th best team in the NBA. They've beaten San Antonio twice this year already haven't they? And they've beaten Utah and Dallas. I don't think they've played Phoenix yet.
Anyway that being said, I think it would come down to Dallas and Phoenix. They are 1-1 since Nash was traded to Phoenix in the Playoffs. I honestly don't know who would take it, but I know whoever does would win the Championship against whoever the East contender is. My heart wants the Lakers to win, because I'm a Lakers fan, but I think it'll be between Dallas and Phoenix. The Western Conference Championship will basically be for the NBA Title.
Great Question.

don't be making your guy or woman predictions because of the fact it in no way happens that way. it fairly is the low season, so there is not any way of telling who will make it to the finals or who won't. do not forget the Clippers whilst they went to the playoffs a pair of years in the past, no person predicted that... which potential something can take place. specific there are nonetheless Championship contenders yet every person can get harm or purely have a awful season. bypass SPURS!!! 4 rings TO RULE all of them!!Spurs and probably the Bulls; besides the undeniable fact that, Spurs will repeat and be sure the "dynasty" debate.

I think Dallas will win the west because after their finals debacle last year they arent going to accept being second to anyone. As for the East, I think Cleaveland will win it because they have the best superstar and a good enough supporting cast to get them to the finals, but I don't think they are good enough to take Dallas out.

From the current standings, it would be Cleveland against Dallas... But I'm a Gilbert Arenas fan... so I'll go with your picks.
The question is: can the East win?
If you compare the 2 conferences records, it's unbelievable how the west seems to be dominant.

because no1 said the cavs yet i will go with them from the east i think that phoenix is the best team in the west because you have to adapt to their game every single night. they also have the most depth with nash marion staudomire and bell they will win it in 5 because there is no way the cavs can stop their offense
