Well i think it is important in a relationship for:
1. Both parties to be somewhat attracted to each other.
2. Trust is very important, because if you don't trust each other then it can drive you crazy.
3. Communication is extremely important.
4. Consideration - you both need to be able;e to consider the other persons point of view and feelings.
5. Sex - Sex is quite important / whether you feel comfortable around each other.
