I would like to be either a pegasus or pheonix. Horses were highly revered among ancient peoples, and flight as well. The pheonix can not only fly, but as the re-incarnation of the sun it is reborn everytime it dies.

Everyone here has a lot of good ideas, and I thought long and hard about this but I think I prefer being a mortal human because I know that if I was a mythological being I would only be hunted down by humans and then killed and cut open so they could figure me out.

what was that mythological creature, the one who could turn into a beautiful woman, and then send men screaming out the door, they would be "with" her, thinking they had this gorgeous woman with them, they would look away for a minute, and when they looked up again, an old hag would be in her place..lol it wasn't the hydra, she was different....can't remember her name, but she was a shape shifter, and pretty cool.......
remember guys, looks are only skin deep!
