Will society accept me if I shave my head? How do employers view it? Will it change my status in my current job? I work retail, it a clothing store. I am pretty feminine, I wear makeup and jewelry everyday, and always have my hair done. I don't want to be so tied down tho, any longer. I'm tired of the fuss of having to do my hair everyday. I'm strong and independant and feel that I could deal with the stares and what people thought of me. Is it so taboo still, or should I just go for it?

My 3 other sisters & I have been going to the same dentists office for a long time. Every time we go they say "Good Job! All Clear! You have no cavities!" they say that to all of use. My 19 year old sister finally goes to another dentists' office & finds out that she has 12 CAVITIES in a 6-month period! I think the office has lied to us- or hasn't checked us out properly because i dont' think it's possible to get 12 cavities in 6-months without eating alot of candy or sugary things. What should my family say or do to the dentistry office where they didn't check us out properly?

I just inserted a disk for a class for school and im trying to open it. A thing came up on the screen and says "From Windows explorere, click on the icon for your CD-ROM drive. Double-click on the Excel Files folder, the appropriate chapter file and the appropriate data file to open it"
But i cant find the icon?

many of you know that in 2005 my oldest daughter was murdered. we have been in trial since last. Tuesday. the jury began deliberations today. Though there is plenty of evidence of guilt on the killer we all know anything can happen. Not guilty is not something I can deal with especially after listening to all the lies and hearing the evidence. please say a special prayer tonight for a just verdict tomorrow. we go back to court to await verdict at 9:00am Thursday

I am unsure how to handle this with our children. They are over 18 years old and fighting about turning off the machines. She has a living will that no support machines be used but allowed the hospital to connect her before she went unconscious.
I told my oldest she is in charge, legally, but her sister is determined she will live. They have had professional help before for their fighting.

So a duck walks into a corner store walks up to the counter.
Duck says: Got any duck food?
Clerk: No, we don't have any duck food.
The duck walks out. 2nd day, the duck walks back into the corner store.
Duck: Got any duck food?
Clerk: No, I didn't have any yesterday, I don't have any today!
The duck walks out. The 3rd day the duck walks in again!
Duck: Got any duck food?
Clerk: NO! F*** stop asking me that!
The duck walks out again. 4th day the same thing again and the clerk is very tired of this.

Clerk: NO! I don't carry duck food and if you come in here one more time and ask me if I have any duck food I am going to nail your bill to the floor!
