I'm fifteen and weigh about 83 pounds or so, with a height of 5'0". I am trying to recover from what seems to have been anorexia. I have been told to eat more, but when I do, I'm proud and then feel REALLY guilty and end up getting all depressed about eating. For dinner, I had a sandwich (IronKids bread) with okra in it and a glass of skim milk. There was already calcium in the bread, so I keep thinking that I should've drank water instead of milk. What do you think? Should I feel bad? Also, I'll probably end up going to bed in about an hour after finishing my homework; should I feel bad about not waiting two hours after dinner to go to bed?
