So there is this girl that I have been friends with for like 2 1/2 years and now that we both can drive we try to hang out more. So I will call and ask her to go to the movies and she will say yes and i called her 15 min before the movie started to confirm and she tells me she cant go. She didnt even bother to call and cancel. But the one that happend today that put me over the edge...I had an extra ticken to go to a rally for a good cause (included bus ride to CA a few hour away) and asked if she wanted to come. She told me that sounded great and she would as. I needed to know ASAP so i waited like 2 days and called she said she would call back after she asked. I waited 2 hrs and called her and she sais oh yah my mom said no. I find it apalling that she cant even call as soon as she finds out to tell me the answer. What do I do about her. These are not the only times, there are several? Do I confront her? Does she just not care? Is she even my friend?

I'm no scientist so I can't say why, but I swear I am always randy.I can go 10-15 times a day at least and still want more!It is actually kind of annoying as many of the women I have dated aren't the same way.OK, none of them. Are ANY women that way? I don't know what's wrong with me! And I'm not a kid anymore! I was born in the mid-70s! I figured as I got older I'd not be this way but if anything it's worse.So I wonder if somewhere out there is a woman who could wear me out or am I some kind of hormonal mutant. And yes sometimes I take care of it myself but it often takes a while ( -like an hour sometimes)and thats no fun alone.Just curious....

I am seeing this really great guy...really great. I am pretty sure he truly cares for me and I feel the same way. I also have an ex who I have two children with. The ex is having all sorts of problems (financial, depression and health). I have not been in love with him for a long time. But I never stopped loving him, if that makes sense. I am very concerned for him and I have been pushing him to take care of his issues and his health. It is important to me that he live a long time. For our kids sake and for his sake. I want to see him be happy. The man I am seeing now is aware of all of this and has been very supportive of my concerns and actions in regards to the ex. But I am worried that wont last long. I try not to talk about it, but sometimes I can't help it b/c it weighs heavy on my mind. How do I relieve myself of "taking care of" the ex and worrying about him? What if the man I am seeing asks me to make a choice? It's probably pre-mature...but I can see it coming.

I have a good job, and will go on maternity leave in August, I have ALWAYS wanted my own bookstore, the opportunity has come up for me to buy one, does anyone know if there are regulations in Canada on having your own business while on maternity leave? Plus, has anyone else out there done something similar? Is it crazy for me to take this on when pregnant? The decision is driving me mad, I think this may be my only chance to do it due to insane increases in real estate in the BC town where I live. Any info gratefully recieved.

My husband is a bit on the controlling side and back in about may 2006 i confronted him about it and told him that things needed to change but he is still trying to control me and treat me like I am his child. Some people believe that people don't change and some people believe that it is possible if they really want to. How long do I wait around for him to decide if he is going to straighten up or not? I want to give him time and a fair chance but how long is too long? I don't want to be living unhappily if he isn't going to change. I need help with whether I should stay with him and wait it out or leave and be happy.

How can a parent be so ignorant about their child's singing talent. I can't believe some of the people that auditioned for American Idol and their parents keep telling them they have a good voice when they sound like a foghorn. Don't you think it is better for the child to be honest with them than to be emabarrassed? So many parents are so afraid of hurting their kid's feelings and lie to them about how good they are at something then when they become adults they are shot down and they are totally disalousioned.

Does anyone know much about submarines? I am a writer and i had a crazzy idea for a way China could actually be a threat to Asia and the US.

throuhg a Russian group, a stealth torpedo so quiet Sonar as we know it now can not even trace it being launched.

In the story as a conflict in Asia put on by China but looking to be between Pakistan and India esculates, the US throws a large naval force into the area only to be ambushed by the subs who launch the stealth torpedo.

The navy, trying to recover from the deadly blow to a large portion of our naval strike force (carriers and such) must try to find a way to find the torpedoes.


My question is, is it possible to make a torpedo so quiet a sonar would have next to no chance tracking it?

i think tupac is the best rapper the guys dead n all but even after 10 years his still the highest selling rap artist that just means no other rapper made more money then him selling albums. i dont think any rapper this days can even get close 2 pacs level. ..
