What do you think the pres of Iran means when he says the 'mahdi' will return by spring(Mar 3rd wk is equinox?

If his 'Mahdi' (Messiah) returns there will have to be bloodshed and chaos according to his belief. The 3rd wk of March is the equinox and he said by spring. Any Muslims out there also with explanation of what this event means to pres of Iran & rest of Islam/world? Thanks.

in 1948, the mahdi (the big honcho) led the muslim armies to war to wipe out the new-founded israeli nation. he lost, and the muslim armies were defeated and he died shortly thereafter. the iranian president may be saying that the newest power mad muslim is coming into his own come spring. i think he's full of it, but there is an arab leader who is consoloidating his power in the middle east as well as throughout the rest of the muslim world. christianity will know him as the anti-christ, but will fall for his stuff no matter what anyone thinks. religious hatred has been, and will continue to be the most destructive man-designed force ever known. he will just be another wacko trying to rule the world!
unbfortunately, he'll be nearly able to do so. and the christian world will be in the middle of it with him.
