How can I identify a person’s character within 5 minutes?

It is hard to identify a person within 5-10 minutes, even a bit longer. However, I can identify a person's characters after worked together for few months.

Are there any methods or ways I can use to identify a person's characters in short time?

Unfortunately, employers also often judge you based on your basic looks/appearance. They believe the more attracive you are, the nicer you are, and the more unattractive you are, the more likely you are to be socially inept. This is possibly true just because people who are unattractive tend to have a harder time socially (they are treated bad), and thus develop social hang-ups.

personally, I really don't agree with any of this. I feel to really know and judge a person takes years.

No, there are no methods. Even if you can get an idea of what their character is like within a short while, don't forget that they may not be the same character they appear to be. If you get to know them then they might turn out to be a completely different person.
