Actually, studies have shown that most employers have already made up their mind about a potential employee in the first 5 minutes of an interview. How accurate they are remains to be seen. However, they look for the person to make eye contact (shows sincereity), dress well (shows proper self-care), style of speach (Shows education level), and strength of handshake (shows confidence). Unfortunately, employers also often judge you based on your basic looks/appearance. They believe the more attracive you are, the nicer you are, and the more unattractive you are, the more likely you are to be socially inept. This is possibly true just because people who are unattractive tend to have a harder time socially (they are treated bad), and thus develop social hang-ups.
personally, I really don't agree with any of this. I feel to really know and judge a person takes years.

No, there are no methods. Even if you can get an idea of what their character is like within a short while, don't forget that they may not be the same character they appear to be. If you get to know them then they might turn out to be a completely different person.

hmm...interesting. I would like to know this too.
There probably are methods, but I don't think you can fully identify a person's character in a short time, but some parts of their character.
I know there is something on the way they write.

It only takes some human beings longer than others to figure human beings out. generally, i visit appropriately confirm someones personality interior of 10-15 seconds of assembly them. it truly is type of like interpreting a e book, or staring at a movie: in case you're literally not hooked in the first 5 minutes, or by the 2d paragraph, you would possibly want to to boot get you money back, it truly is no longer likely to get any extra useful. do not holiday, inspite of works for you, works for you.

I make my decisions in the first five seconds, the way they walk. the expression on their face, the way they they hold and move their body, You just know. I have interviewed lots of people and later learned the first five seconds were right. If their smile is phony , you know, if they don't dress like the way they walk, you know. I wont tell you the other methods,
