I gained 5 pounds over the holidays while vacationing and will be working out extra hard and cutting calories to get the extra weight off. Just curious to know what everyone else does to rein their weight back in after the holidays, and how much weight do you have to gain before you hit your "panic mode?" (Mine is 3 pounds and I am panicing!)

If you really Love someone, but are in 2 different places... should you go back and try to get him back? I've been in Love with this guy for 2 years... and haven't seen him in 2 years. We went to middle school together... and we are now high school sophomores. I really care about him, and I can't let him go for nothing or nobody! All I do is think about him. Hes the best person in the world. But alot of people say I should forget about the past! I write him letters every now and then. He Loves me too... its just so hard being away from this guy! I got in a fight with three girls yesterday and we made a bet that we would play cards and if i won they each had to give me $10 but if i lost i had to do one thing for each one of them. I lost. 1 wants me to clean their room in a maids outfit. The other wants me to give her $10. I workout everyday for about 2 hours a day, and eat very healthy.I just really want to lose those extra 20 pounds of mine. How much do you think I need to lose? I did lose weight before, about a year ago I lost 26 pounds and thats is why im 120 right now.(I used to be 146) Please help me in any way. Thanks!!!!

Hi there...I am currently on Ortho-Tri Lo and also have mild IBS so I usually have an irregular bowel once a day - it is either thinner, flatter or once in awhile (once every two months or so) diarrhea. Will this affect my birth control's effectiveness? Does anyone else have IBS and is on birth control?

My wife wanted a divorce even though I didn't really want one. We don't have any kids so after the divorce we went our seperate ways. She is in a new relationship and I date casually. I have no hard feelings even though I didn't want the divorce. We hardly ever see each other but when we do she is really bitchy. She wasn't even this bad when we were married. It's like she hates me even more now. What do you think her problem is?

umption? They are debating now whether cloners should have to label the packages. They are going for no labels. How do you feel about the gov. making your decisions for you by genetic engineers, who sock the money to the government, to make decisions go thier way? Don't tell me this is the wrong catagory as Americans are christian voters, and the "what should I do guy" would be out in the cold.
