I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

Magic is a discipline of ancient arts. Knowledge and wisdom is necessary, but if the heart is strong, the knowledge will come to you by natural means, and wisdom comes through practice.

It's learnable. All of that and more. But it's not easy, and it's a pretty major committment, and it's not the kind of thing one can really teach on Yahoo Answers.

when night come,go outside,
see the sky and make sure there is not cloud that will disturb you view up on the sky!
1.move you finger,choose one star,it's more better you pick bright one.
2.make sure you finger is directly with the star.
3.wait for 3 minutes,calm down.
4.then make a 1 dream.
5.dream that tomorrow will end.
why?you just make the star fall down to earth coz your finger is controling the star!
