i had my baby almost 2 yrs ago and for the last couple of days (with the whole weather change here in florida one day hot the nxt cold) my lower back at the site of the epidural it hurts so so bad i dont know why could it be the epidural 2 yrs later?

It seems like no matter what I try, I am tired all day and I get a second wind at around 10 pm and then I can't fall asleep for hours and I wake up exhausted. I can sleep great on the couch with the TV on in the afternoon after work, but even if I DON'T take that afternoon nap, I sleep like crap in my bed and toss and turn. WTF?

I've tried every herbal remedy, valerian root, triptophan, kava, melatonin---you name it, plus all the over the counter crap which just makes me wake up in a haze, which I do anyway.

I've tried Ambien and Lunesta before and they work like a dream, but I don't have health insurance right now through my new job, so that would mean paying for a doctor visit PLUS $150 or whatever the prescription costs.

Help?

What to do?
to be pimple free,
pores free,
wrinkle free,
with no dark circles,
with no marks on face,
to have a normal skin,
good figure and
to have a good health....ok friends??
Let me start with what i know and then u can share your views.
According to me
1>exercising regularly
2>eat in time
3>sleep for 8 hours without thinking anything else
4>drinking minimum 8 glasses of water
What else??

I recently broke up with my ex-boyfriend right after thanksgiving. we still exchanging gifts and everything for christmas because he went out of town. We'ev been hangin out together lately me, him his best friend and my best friend and it's werid that he treats me better as a friend . it like how can we have this connection as friend but as boyfriend and girlfriend there's nothing there? I mean he wasn't even my type its just that we had been friends for so long and he kept asking me to be his girlfriend so when i finally did. he acted like it wasn't a big deal. It's not i mistreat him or anything because i did more for him than i did for any of my other boyfriends because i didn't want to hurt him.Even through we only went out for 2 months. when he came to visit me at school i paid for the hotel rooom. i know i broke up with him but still. It ekes my nerves. Its just like what is wrong with him? or is it me?

I used to have a friend who was lying about everything, starting from small lies, to big lies that can actually affect others and cause problems. I guess it's her way to get attention. When I stopped being her friend she even implied she would hurt herself, which was yet another lie - and I stopped being her friend.

But she didn’t let go. I feel like I closed the door, but she is trying to open it over and over.

My problem is this: I did not confront her about her lies – firstly because I see no point, she'll just tell more lies to cover the ones she already told and will never admit she lied. Secondly, I decided to get her out of my life, so it doesn't matter if she lies. right?

But what do I do if she will not let go?? any suggestions?

I was on a website. And everywhere I go, I saw this person flamming everyone about there stories. So I email this person and this is what she said:

The reason why she said this was because my mom got into it and started saying stuff. Now she thinks im an adult. But im only 13. But do you know what the odd thing is? She dosn't have any stories posted. Why is this?
