I've heard they are if you've had 17 bottles of cider....know anyone who fits that description? ;-)

Yes, they can be! When children are around, they can be hit. Or they can get afraid from the shock! Even older people get scared. I have a dog who gets very scared when people throw party poppers around. So yes, they can be quitre dangerous.

They can be if used incorrectly. Don't point them at anyone, just hold them up away from your face and they'll be fine. Make sure the kids know this if they will be present.

Amyl nitrate is. The ones that go pop when you pull them are if aimed at people or animals but not if not. Aim upwards

well yeah if you put them in some ones direction, which is not nice!! just make sure that everyone points them towards the ceiling, thats what i was taught! x

I accidentally fired one at my fiance's nose some years ago. However, he survived and married me. Not nice though.

yes they can be if they go off in your face ...just make sure you point them away from you and keep away from children .

they are if you take the explosive device out and put it in the end of someones cigarette........ the baccy out of the end hits the roof! try it
