I heard this guy that I work with wants to ask me out. He is nice , but he doesn't really say much to me at work. We don't talk outside of work either. How do I tell him I'm not interested in a nice way?

Well if he hasn't approached you yet and all you are hearing is rumors then I wouldn't cross any bridges until you get to them ,,,, If it should wind up that he comes up to you and asks for a date then simply tell him you have prior plans ,,,, If he should suggest a later date you can always tell him that due to your hectic life you don't make plans for the immediate future because you never know where you are going to have to be or what you are going to have to do ,,,,, Good luck ,,,,, Yoda told you this ,,,,,
