Dearest friends and sir (name of your boss) I would like to thank you all for your kindness. These few months has not been easy for me but you have lightened my day with your get well soon card. I hope to see you all soon, and again, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for the friendship and the sympathy you have shown me. Sincerely, (your name)
