i've seen this guy around for some time and actually there was once when i had a bet with my older sister who's 26, i'm 18, that i'll pass him a note with my number on it..so on that day, the both of us went into the shop and browsed at the clothes and stuff,then my sis went in,got a baby clothing and went to ask him some qns,i was standing beside her and occasionally turning around to look at the guy,hopefully there was some eye-contact but there wasn't and he looked really unfriendly and aloof,i don't know but maybe he's just like that or perhaps shy? we walked in and out of the shop a couple of times, with me still trying to muster my courage to approach him,the last time we went in, he looked at us, i don't know if he was looking at me or my sis,my sis turned n check if i was making eye contact with him but i didn't because i dare not look at him and wasn't sure who he was looking at.i wanna pass him that card but afraid of his cold appearance and what if he said he's attached?

i know this girl really well, we've been friends for two years. i know she fancies me, because she's always positive. if say something that sounds positive, she would compliment it.

like if i said something.

i worked really hard at cutting the lawn or i put my
best efforts into a cooking a proper meal, for my parents.

she would compliment it by saying

thats good, know you don't have to worry about the garden for three months or well done, i bet your parents where pleased that you cooked them a nice meal.

she works at college, and when i talk to her about my education and approach to it. she says things like. that's a good approach, i am the same, you shouldn't change your approach.
if i compliment her on her work, she smiles and says "it's part of my job and it is all part of the service. i meet her at the college and i think there is chemistry, between me and this girl. when i don't give her attention, she would tell me or show me, whenever she's upset.

Hi, a very good friend of mine is a certified Jewish American Princess, by her own description, and while she has many great qualities, she is so demanding and high-maintenance that it has become unbearable for me to continue hanging out with her, or so it seems. Her favorite expression is [quite seriously]: "Its all about ME." I have given her a ton of chances and even tried to gently prod her to be less demanding, but it doesn't seem to be working. My question is whether inculcated behavior like this, which is not necessarily just a cultural thing, but more endemic to self-absorbed people in general, is capable of being changed? I have come to the conclusion that she needs to grow and attain more maturity on her own, and that I can't spend all of my time trying to change her. The question is: can high-maintenance people, impossible people ever change, or should I just continue not being her friend?

we knew when she went into heat and planned for her to breed with our other dog, however we didn't think she had actually bred since we kept a close eye on her the whole time and saw nothing. now she is definately pregnant, but we dont know how far along she is. (i guess she bred while we weren't watching).

I have never owned a humidor and want to maintain it properly - I'm willing to do whatever the instructions say but "distilled water/propylene glycol?" I never heard of either ingredient and just wanted to get an idea as to what kind of store would sell these ingredients? I figure the place where my humidor was purchase would be a good start but its 45 minutes away (this was a gift). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Why, if you tell someone that you live in america do they assume that you are refering to the United States? Are there not many other countrys on both north and south america? Besides, I didn't even use the word America. Some people are so narrow minded.
