what does "i'll speak to you later"?

i know this girl really well, we've been friends for two years. i know she fancies me, because she's always positive. if say something that sounds positive, she would compliment it.

like if i said something.

i worked really hard at cutting the lawn or i put my
best efforts into a cooking a proper meal, for my parents.

she would compliment it by saying

thats good, know you don't have to worry about the garden for three months or well done, i bet your parents where pleased that you cooked them a nice meal.

she works at college, and when i talk to her about my education and approach to it. she says things like. that's a good approach, i am the same, you shouldn't change your approach.
if i compliment her on her work, she smiles and says "it's part of my job and it is all part of the service. i meet her at the college and i think there is chemistry, between me and this girl. when i don't give her attention, she would tell me or show me, whenever she's upset.

Personally, from what you've said, she sounds a little distant. A little formal with you... You know???

If you're interested in her, I'd suggest you do all you can to make it obvious that you're interested in more than just a friendship. Be a little flirtatious or something. Maybe ask her out. I don't know if she sees you as anything more than a friend as of yet, but that could easily change.
