I made a huge ham for Christmas dinner, and I had some left. Does anyone know a good recipe to use up the leftover ham? It was a smoked ham. Thanks!

A great ham and bean soup. After soaking your pinto beans, add beef broth and chopped ham. You can also add the bone, this has great flavor. Cut up some onions, add salt and pepper to taste. Let this cook for 5-6 hours on a low setting. Serve with cornbread or fried corn cakes. Yummy!
