Schedule a spay as soon as her cycle is over.

Isolate her from everything. Crate her.

Weimies are high energy dogs. They need lots of exercise, good quality interaction and some common obedience training. Like all dogs they need a good, workable routine - a time they are fed, specific times they are taken out to potty, when to sleep, etc. They also need their own place, a nice pet porter or 'crate' to sleep in, keep their toys and to get away from other dogs and people when they want some quiet time.

Also, while spaying might help with some behaviors described above, it will not help with all. Lots and lots of non-spayed females live in houses all the time and do not act out as described above. The difference is training, interaction and routine. They even make diaper-like devices that can be used when a female is in season. Look at a local pet store or ask your vet. Also, if she has been going to the bathroom all over the house, that habit will need to be changed and those areas thoroughly cleaned with a non-ammonia based cleanser (ammonia smells like pee and can actually trigger dogs to that spot).

1) Get the dog fixed

2) Keep it outside and treat it like a dog, not a baby

3) Walk it

4) Walk it some more

5) Walk it even more and make it obey with a collar and leash. That's the easiest way to make a dog more obedient.

If these problems persist, put the dog in a crate and out of your range of hearing. The dog will eventually learn to settle down and it will like it's crate and consider it a den.

I agree! If the dog is spayed, a lot of this behavior will be fixed immediately, and your friend won't have to deal with another heat season with this dog ever again!

90% of the problem will be solved by spaying the dog. The rest is training. First your friend needs to be trained in order to train the dog.

She needs to bring the dog to the vet so it can get spayed. Plain and simple as that.
