So this guy liked me and my friend. Asked us to hang with him. Probably only wanted one of us to come. We though he should be a man and decide who he wants,so we left it up to him. He did not want to split up two friends so he never called to make the plan final.
BUT he is going into the same field as me, and is REALLY working very well towards his goal. I need to get involved with volunteering like him, but I don't know where to start. Volunteering sites do not list all the major community events he has himself involved in.

SO....I really need help getting started, is it wrong of me to contact him and ask him to help steer me in the right direction? I would not use him, all I need is help finding out how he gets these volunteer positions that are never listed anywhere!

I will be moving to San Diego or Miami this coming year to continue my graduate studies. I would like DETAILED information from those who have lived in either one of these cities (or both). How are the people? Job Market for professionals? Any info you have in general will help me out a great deal.

P.S. My fiancee speaks spanish as his first language and his English is coming along. Will he be able to get by in these cities pretty well awith limited English ability? (Is beginning English language immersion classes now)

the greek myths work just as good as the bloodly abrahamic big three. abrahamic religions insist on one god. other don't native americans have a better philosophy. so do the buddhist. i love the greek mythology it is fun and offers a workable system to guide a society. the abrahamic ways are horrible.

ok well here's the background i suppose... I've been dating this guy named andrew and hes great, really, but our spark has just...gone out...and i've tried talking to him but then....i caught sight of someone else, and i've tried suppressing my feelings but nothing has worked. We've kissed and we both, I think, have at least some feelings for each other. But he has strong feelings for this other girl, but she's in a bad relationship and is like the mother to her boyfriend's child,...its not her child, but she's the only mother that kid has ever known...so he and i are great friends, but i want him to just realize that i'm the better choice, which in reality i am. Shes risky bussiness and has basically chosen that child over him. But on the other hand my heart hasn't let go of andrew and i know he'll keep trying till the day i die...help...I love andrew ,and ronnie...but ronnie loves mareena and i wish shakspeere would just write a play about my life...ha...
