They have ego issues and want to seem COOL, but unfortunately they only portray insecurity and ridiculousness....

You may see adult males doing that, I have too, but they are not neccessarily grown up men.
I expect it is sort of like peeling out and loud music, to look cool! All 3 fail to create the desired effect, especially with the usual target audience, girls.
I did some pretty goofy stuff @ 15-16 to look cool (or so I thought), but you'd think men with kids would sort of get over it.
Lack of self-esteem or trying to prove manhood causes such behavior too.

I personally know of people who unfortunately drive while they watch tv...but on the other hand some have back problems and it's hard to sit up straight(now they understand why their mom told them not to slouch)

I think it is dangerous, I wish the police would start ticketing for it.To me if they are not up and looking over the steering wheel, instead of through it, how can they be seeing all the traffic. I think they could at least ticket them for careless and imprudent driving.

They think they look like Jay Z and they think they are big pimpin...when most everyone goes by and is laughing at them...hope the safety bag goes that far back when they crash in to something cuz they cant see!!
