I have been pregnant 3 times and all 3 times I have been sicker than a dog... for me, it lasted all day and all night for about 3 months straight. I lost 20lbs in the beginning of each of my pregnancies due to the severity of my "morning' sickness. I had my Dr. prescribe me medication to help it.. not sure what it is called but it helped me immensely..

However, some of my girlfriends NEVER experienced morning sickness....

ugh-girl, lol
I had m/s the first 5 months--then it went away for a month and came back.
for the first 5 months I had it ALL DAY LONG-it was just awful.
now Im due in less than 4 weeks & I usually get it upon waking & before going to bed.
there is nothing that helps it-I just try to lay down until it passes

I got it in the morning just after I got up, but other times too. Eat small meals, avoid spicy foods and things that are really high in fat. Soda crackers work wonders, so does sipping fruit juice diluted with sparkling water. Hang in there, it's usually gone by the second trimester.
