when i was about 9 or 10 years old, my parents always used to yell at me for being too shy and not socializing with the kids in my class. but i at least used to smile and be polite and participate in class. and the other kids in my class class thought i was quiet, but friendly. now by younger brother on the other hand WAS A LOT WORSE at that age. he never used to say a single word, never used to smile, or be polite, and never participated in class. he always had a sad and gloomy face, and practically was silent. my parents NEVER yelled at him for this. why is this so? it's really not fair.

I noticed today that my 14-year old tabby cat has about a ½-inch bare patch of skin at the end of one of his paws that must have just formed recently. There's no sign of any infection or wound, just a complete lack of hair at that spot. Is anyone aware of what may be causing this?

I'm currently babysitting my girlfriends hamster while she's away and amber (the hamster) has beenn chewing on her cage bars a lot!!! Is this ok for her to do?? It's just i don't really want to make any mistakes as i've never had a hamster before!!! Can someone let me know that everything's ok!!! She seems happy is always running about and she is generally very active!!! It's just this bar chewing that is bothering me!!! Anyone have any advice???

I hooked up my new Goodmans surround sound theatre system a couple of days ago as an early Christmas present and it was working fine :-). I watched a couple of crackin films with it on - then all of a sudden I come to turn it on today and it works for about 2 minutes, then there is no sound out of the speakers at all.

I turned it off then back on, and again there was normal sound, and then all of a sudden it went quiet after about 2 minutes.

I have tried turning it off and on about 5 or 6 times and it comes on with normal sound then after approximately 2 minutes it decides to go quiet and not work!

I have checked the instructions which are all fine and its plugged into the wall on its own.

It is showing the sound is still working through the systems box but yet no sound comes out of the speakers every time after 2 minutes!?

What could this be - your help is very much needed!! Please let me know if you have any ideas what it could be?

I keep having a really realistic dream that seem's so real, I have it at least once every two weeks. I dream that i'm out up Hanley (my local city) one night and im with me mates, Then next thing i no this guy walks past me with his hood up and head down so his face cant be seen, He nudges into me and as he does so he stabs me but the weird thing is i can feel the pain in my dream and it seems so real.

Sometimes it does differ and we come out a club and get started on and end up fighting but that same hooded guy is with them and he always stabs me in the chest. Its really freaky cause ive never even seen his face and he haunts my dream its like death is after me lol.

Ive read something in a book which said if you have the same dream over a certain amount of times its usually a warning so this doesnt please me much, Does anyone know anything about dreams and signs or why i can feel pain in my dream.

This just happened. I saw 15-20 cars pass this woman as she waved for help before I was able to get to her. The majority of the drivers that passed her were men. I couldn't believe it. She was heavy and unattractive, do you think someone would have stopped faster if she was thin and cute?

hi, ive been a relationship with my girlfriend almost 4 years. i was always in denial of the real person i was and only after meeting her i was more comfortable with who i really am and what i want in life! i have 2 lesian friends who have been together almost 18 years and a long time ago when they asked if i was gay, i said no,lol. i want to tell them and come out to them but im scared that they might dislike and reject me and think that i lied and decieved them. when the truth is that i didnt even know myself then,,,,,or what i wanted in life. im happy with my woman,,she is good to me, i just wish i knew how to break it to my friends so they dont freak out,,, thank you :)
