On the assumption, however, that I've understood some of it, I should think that most males would treat that as cruelty at their expense. Don't expect to tease a guy like that and be able to keep him. If you're a girl, you can play mental games with sex. Wtih boys it's much more a physical process and once started it usually can't be stopped and on the occasions it can, it hurts physically. Most normal men treated to teasing of the sort I think you're describing wouldn't come back for more -- they'd look for a girl who wouldn't tease them.
