After death, all the water content in our body will start to evaporate and air will start to come in since there is no respiration and no exchange of gases in the lungs..

Mainly it depends on the time of drowning and the depth and the amount of water that the person drunk.

It will be like for just for 6-7 hours and after that it will be diffused into the other organs..

I assume only a day or so, because as soon as your body starts to decompose, it releases gases and I forget which one (probably methane) is released and fills the lungs and then you float to the surface of the water from the gas, very bloated. This also happens to some fish.

Why, are you planning on drowning sometime soon? I'd assume it would just stay in your lungs until your body dries out....

Until either gravity or the Medical Examiner drains it once out of the water.
