I have a 95 Neon Sport with the DOHC engine. Whenever I am going under 30 mph my car makes this chirp noise and sounds like it's coming from the fron/underneath of the car. The brakes were replaced about a year ago however the noise does stop whenever I push down (even slightly) on the brake pedal. It may do it at higher speeds too but between the engine and the radio I may not be noticing it. It started as a now and then thing and has moved now to a 90% of the time thing. Any ideas??? THANKS!
